Prices valid to 31st March 2009

AUD $310* (inclusive of GST) per couple per night

Booking Restrictions

Easter	3 days minimum
Long Weekends	2 days minimum
Christmas/New Year	3 days minimum
Weekends	Weekend – 2 nights preferred, will accept 1 night plus $40 surcharge ($350).

Barossa winery tour (4 hours - Saturday tours subject to availability of vehicle)

Interstate and overseas guests - airport transfer available for additional $180.00

Terms of Payment
A 50% deposit is required within 5 days to confirm a booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Arrival and Departure times
Chalets are available from 2.00pm on the first day of your stay and need to be vacated by 11.00am on departure day unless other arrangements are made.

Guest's visitors are not to stay in the chalets overnight - exclusively two people per chalet. Chalets are not suitable for children.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the arrival date will incur a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit/monies paid. This includes bookings that have been made less than 21 days prior to the arrival date.

Damage
We understand that accidents can occur, but any wilful or reckless loss or damages will be debited to the guests account.
